Not recommended for: Sandals, flip-flops, high heels, or shoes without removable insoles.

Cleaning Instructions:

1. Remove insoles from shoes - Take them out and shake off any loose dirt or debris
2. Hand wash gently - Use mild soap (dish soap or hand soap works great) and lukewarm water. Gently scrub with your hands or a soft brush to remove dirt and odor
3. Rinse thoroughly - Make sure all soap is rinsed away with clean water
4. Air dry completely - Pat dry with a towel, then lay flat in a well-ventilated area. Allow 4-6 hours (or overnight) to dry completely before putting them back in your shoes

Important - DO NOT:
❌ Machine wash or put in the washing machine

❌ Put in the dryer or use direct heat

❌ Use bleach or harsh chemicals

❌ Wring or twist the insoles

❌ Put back in shoes while still damp

How Often Should I Clean Them?

• Daily wear: Every 2-3 weeks
• Heavy use/sweaty conditions: Weekly
